Eligible:
• All in-market offers
• Mobility Cross-sell offer
• Bell Smart Home $100 bill credit
Not eligible:
• Customers who move but do not add an additional service
• Customers taking new Home phone
• Customers taking a new Fibe TV app subscription
• Migrations
• Any other Prepaid Visa offer
• Connecting Families
IMPORTANT: Early Termination Fee (Ontario Fibe & Satellite TV customers only):
• Ontario customers taking new Fibe or Satellite TV: 2 year contract required to qualify for the Prepaid Visa
• Ontario customers taking new Fibe or Satellite TV who sign a 2 year contract with Bell will incur an early termination fee tied to the Prepaid Visa and added to their final bill, if they cancel TV within their contract period:
o 100% of the Prepaid Visa value if they cancel in Year 1
o NOTE: No clawback if they cancel in Year 2, as Prepaid Visa expires after 12M
• This is in addition to the regular early cancellation fee tied to the installation credit charged to Fibe and Satellite TV 2-year contract customers if they cancel TV within their contract period
• If a customer cancels their TV service before they register the Prepaid Visa, they will not be able to use the Prepaid Visa. In this case, the customer will not be charged the portion of the early cancellation charge related to the Prepaid Visa
